There's room for improvement. Generally it's OK.

I recently started using UltaHost for a turnkey classifieds script I bought. It's ok but not great. The performance has been fine, and I appreciate how easy the admin is to use. Pricing is fair too, though it could be better. I get the feeling the script developers recommend UltaHost more for the commission than anything else. It's working for now, but I might explore other options down the road. Just okay for my needs.

Great for websites but email issues persist

Can't complain about the loading speed and uptime. My Wordpress loads very fast even after adding a ton of articles. What is giving me a massive headache is the deliverability of emails. Not always but very frequently my emails end up going to spam folders, especially when sending to Outlook and Yahoo Mail addresses. I've ended up paying for Mailchimp because of this.

It’s a good choice if you're on a tight budget, just watch out for email problems!

Fantastic Value and Speed!

I recently switched to UltaHost, and I feel like I've made the right choice. The pricing is very fair for what the value you get. My website's speed has improved loads. The features are sufficient, and it's clear they care about their customers. The only downside has been their customer support, which is good but could be quicker. Migrated to UltaHost last year

I can't say enough good things about UltaHost! My new IT contractor recommended them, and I decided to give them a shot. Great, except for email.

UltaHost's mailserver has a problem. IPs are frequently listed on spam blocking websites, such as Spamhaus, making sending email a huge problem. Many support tickets had no effect. I finally moved email to Zoho.com. UltaHost a great service if you don't need to send email.

Ticks all the boxes

Hosting: Very happy! Never experienced any downtime and the shop is loading quickly.
Email: Worse interface than Gmail but it works
Support: Only had to contact them once and the person helped me right away
Prices: It would hurt to lower the prices a bit
