Horrible email but hosting is ok

Absolutely no complaints about our website speed. It has always been fast and snappy. There are problems with sending emails. Emails sent to Outlook, Yahoo, and probably others too, are always rejected. We never send spam but these services are always rejecting our emails and after a while we get a bounced notification. Support keeps telling us things that don't make much sense and nothing they have suggested has solved the problem. If this continues we will be forced to move, which is a shame because the website is doing just fine.
