Decent Hosting with Great Support!

I chose KnownSRV a few months ago because of their pricing, and while it's decent overall, the performance has been a bit underwhelming. At times, my site takes a long time to load and UptimeRobot shows occasional offline periods from time to time. When that happens it only lasts for a few minutes though. The features are fairly standard, nothing that really stands out. So far customer support has been excellent! They are always quick to respond. The platform itself is also very user-friendly. I'm considering other options for the future, but for now, KnownSRV gets the job done well enough.

Good Pricing, But Slow Servers

I recently tried KnownSRV for my small business website. The pricing is amazin, so I was really excited. The features are pretty solid too. However, I found the performance lacking—pages took longer to load than I expected. No amount of tweaking the settings seemed to help. Customer support was helpful when I reached out, and overall its easy to use. After a couple of weeks, I decided to cancel and got a full refund with no issues. Maybe it will be a better fit for someone else! Just not for me.
