Disappointing Experience with InterServer
I was hopeful after signing up for InterServer due to their pricing, but everything else has been a let down. The performance is awful, and the features are limited. Customer support? Don't even get me started! they take forever to respond and when they do, it's usually not helpful.I was able to cancel the service but I wish I would have gone with another hosting provider instead of wasting my time with InterServer.

10+ years with Inter Server
Inter Server has hosted our company website and email for as long as I can remember. Given their track record, I can't imagine using any other provider.Alandra C.

Excellent host!
You truly start to appreciate a provider when issues arise with clients. We took on a few rather outdated projects that were literally eating up all the resources on the server. A huge "thank you" goes out to interserver support for guiding us through each step of whipping those bad boys into shape :) Great service!Avishkar K.

Solid choice and good price
We shifted to IS when they had a promotion and that was a very good choice to make.My site has maintained good uptime, although there were a couple of brief periods of slower performance but still better than bluehostMeagan C.

Mediocre at best
The service was quite expensive and unfortunately the performance did not meet expectations. Also I encountered rude and unprofessional service. It appears that their support might be outsourced or handled by automated bots because the assistance provided was exceptionally lacking. The support was so ineffective and unhelpful that it was a truly frustrating experience.Pau E.
