I would recommend GreenGeeks to anyone looking for affordable web hosting
I am almost done finishing my 3-year contract with GreenGeeks. I will renew the service 100%. I love that they are eco-friendly, which is a big plus for me.Customer support is where they really stand out. Every time I've had a question, they responded almost immediately and with meaningful replies. For instance, when I had trouble setting up my Presta Shop from a backup, their support team guided me through every step and sent me links to relevant knowledge base pages on their site.
The only minor issue is that the control panel could be a bit more intuitive for beginners. I have gotten the hang of it now so it's not bad. I'm really happy with my experience and they've made my e-commerce journey so much easier!

They are a bunch of scammers
I had an absolutely terrible experience with GreenGeeks. They failed to renew my domain despite my payment. Customer service was unhelpful and just kept saying I needed to pay again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Natalie H.

Best Hosting Experience Ever!
I just switched to GreenGeeks from Dreamhost, and wow, what a difference! My website is so much faster now. The pricing is super affordable, and they offer loads of great features. Great but be cautious of renewal prices
I am happy with every aspect (speed, reliability, customer support, etc.) of their service except for their renewal prices. The introductory price was amazing but with the renewal approaching in a few months I am debating if I should stay with GreenGeeks or try my luck with a different company.Everything runs like a well-oiled machine, but I am seeing more affordable options out there. I'm torn.
