Great Experience with Hostwinds!

I switched to Hostwinds a few months ago, and it's been a smooth ride. The pricing is pretty good for all the features they offer, which is why I gave it a 4. Performance has been solid too, no complaints. What really impressed me was their customer support. They helped me fix a pesky 500 error in no time! Super easy to use. I'm really happy with my decision to choose Hostwinds.

Good choice for small businesses

First off, their pricing is incredible. I was able to get a plan that fits my budget perfectly. The performance has been great too; My website loads fast and I havent experienced any downtimes. The features offered are quite good, but I wish there was a more intuitive admin panel.

They could improve the customer support. Its not bad, but I've had to wait longer than I would like for answers to some of my questions. Setting up my website took a while but it wasn't difficult. It's just me not being very experienced.

I'd definitely recommend HostWinds to people looking for affordable hosting. Just know that you might have to wait a bit for support at times. But for the price and performance you get, it’s hard to complain too much!

Responsive but not very useful support

All in all the servers are speedy and can handle a lot of visitors with ease, prices are ok, and the control panel is easy to use. What needs to be improved is the support. Agents are very, and I mean VERY quick to respond but often they don't really solve any technical issues. They offer vague guidance but it's up to you to figure things out.
I have some tech skills and can manage most of the upkeep though.
