Some Performance Issues
Started using FastComet when I snagged an awesome Black Friday deal. It's ridiculous how good the service is while I am paying next to nothing for it. My website did go offline twice during the past year, but they denied any outages happening at those times. I am not sure if StatusCake was acting up and showing me a false outage. Hasn't happened since then. I'm very happy with their service and would highly recommend FastComet to others.Lauren H.

So happy with FastComet!
I recently switched to FastComet after a frustrating experience (to put it mildly) with Dreamhost. The pricing is very reasonable, and the performance is so much better than what I was getting before. They do offer some features that I get from Dreamhost but I am not using them right now. I was also blown away by their customer support – super friendly and always available to listen and help. I will definitely choose FastComet for my future websites as well!Brett M.

I would recommend to others
FastComet has been great for my ebook landing page. It loads fast and hasn't gone down since I started. Setting up Stripe for payments was easy, and support was helpful when I needed them. The price is good, but I wish renewals cost less.Sean M.

Beware of the price increase
FastComet has been outstanding for us. Great performance, excellent support, and an easy setup. Everything runs smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. However, I was caught off guard when my renewal price was higher than what I originally paid. I didn't pay close attention to the terms, so that was on me, but it's something to be aware of. Despite that, the quality and reliability still make it a good choice!Darius J.

Great Hosting with a Few Bumps
For the most part I'm really impressed with FastComet. The pricing is fantastic, and the performance is great, but I did experience minor slowdowns at times. Customer support was a lifesaver, though, especially when I struggled with moving my email. After some back and forth, they helped me figure it out. The only issue was the UI, which took me some time to get hang of. It cluttered with options and it's sometimes hard to find what you're looking for. But all in all, I'm super satisfied with FastComet!Katie C.

Best Hosting Experience I've Ever Had!
I have moved my website from InterServer to FastComet and I couldn't be happier! The pricing is incredible for what you get. My website loads super fast and I haven't run into any performance issues at all. They have all the features I need and setting everything up was a no-brainer. Great service, non-transparent pricing.
In general I really like FastComet. I have used godaddy, bluehost, hostingen and papaki and FastComet provided a better total service than all of the other ones (the service/platform often changes and I havent used the others for a few years now).The only thing that I have to complain is the pricing. When you buy the services for the first time FastComet gives you a great price but to renew it is really really expensive. I would have liked a more transparent pricing. I know a lot of people close their account and open a new one in order to keep the price low. I think a more transparent deal especially with a long renewal would work better.

Customer support is not great
To be completely honest I don't have a single bad word to say about the service itself. My website is always accessible and always quick to load. What I do have to complain about is the customer service. Almost every time I have to rephrase what I said and ask again and again. I don't know if I am lousy at expressing myself or if the support personnel just can't be bothered to actually assist customers. If I mention 3 things in a message they will vaguely respond to one issue and ignore the rest. I am often very busy and I simply cannot be going back and forth with them all the time. It's like they are understaffed and need to hit the quota of closed tickets.Mladen V.

Excellent service and support
Almost four years with FastComet and I can't praise them enough. Almost no offline periods, consistent speed and support staff is really good. Wish I could keep paying the promo price but it is still worth it for the service I am getting.Toni L.
