Very pleased with the service

On more than one occasion I needed some assistance to get my website back online after I inadvertently messed up the WP settings. Support was very understanding and quick to respond. Hosting is decently fast and reliable.

They delete your files

Without warning they have deleted hundreds of my files with no way to get them back. When asking support about it they said I am not allowed to host a lot of video files in my account. This was not pointed out to me when I purchased the service. They will promise you everything, take your money and then nevr deliver on their promise. Now I have lost a lot of my files. Avoid avoid avoid!

Good service with helpful support

Pretty satisfied with Dreamhost so far. Their pricing is reasonable, and the performance of my site has been steady with minimal downtime.I did run into an issue with email deliverability (I would randomly stop receiving any emails), which was frustrating, but their customer support was great and they helped me sort it out quickly. The platform is easy to navigate, even if you're not super techy, which I appreciate. I would recommend Dream host if you're looking for good hosting with helpful support.
