Performance is getting worse due to overselling
DreamHost has been hosting my website for a couple of years now, and I have to say, their pricing is unbeatable! It's one of the best deals I found. They are generous with storage and bandwidth as well. However, I've noticed that the performance has taken a hit lately. My website used to load quickly, but now it feels a bit sluggish. I even asked to be moved to a different server, which helped for a bit, but it's slow again. I assume they are constantly overselling their servers, so once the server gets full, everyones performance takes a nose dive. I like DreamHost, but I wish the performance could match their great prices.Sherrie H.

DreamHost is handling over a 100 of my websites with ease
As a real estate agent hosting over a hundred landing pages for my listings, I can't say enough good things about DreamHost! Their pricing is pretty competitive and I am happy with the speed of my websites. I've had only a few minor offline notifications, but with so many sites, that's to be expected. I have had some questions and doubts before purchasing the service but the customer support agent has been very helpful and she took her time to explain everything in detail.Marjorie M.

Resource Limits are Frustrating
I've been using DreamHost since June. The pricing is definitely a strong point! However, I've found the performance to be just average. My site isn't huge, but I often hit resource limits, which is frustrating. They keep suggesting I upgrade to a more expensive plan, which feels a bit pushy. On the plus side, customer support has been helpful when I've needed assistance, and I appreciate how easy it is to navigate their dashboard. Very pleased with the service
On more than one occasion I needed some assistance to get my website back online after I inadvertently messed up the WP settings. Support was very understanding and quick to respond. Hosting is decently fast and reliable.Agung A.

They delete your files
Without warning they have deleted hundreds of my files with no way to get them back. When asking support about it they said I am not allowed to host a lot of video files in my account. This was not pointed out to me when I purchased the service. They will promise you everything, take your money and then nevr deliver on their promise. Now I have lost a lot of my files. Good service with helpful support
Pretty satisfied with Dreamhost so far. Their pricing is reasonable, and the performance of my site has been steady with minimal downtime.I did run into an issue with email deliverability (I would randomly stop receiving any emails), which was frustrating, but their customer support was great and they helped me sort it out quickly. The platform is easy to navigate, even if you're not super techy, which I appreciate. I would recommend Dream host if you're looking for good hosting with helpful support.
