OK but support could be more efficient
I've made the switch from HostGator to Bluehost and have mixed feelings about their service. The pricing is fair, and the overall performance of my site has been ok as well. They offer a decent set of features, although nothing stands out as exceptional. I encountered some problems with email and HTTPS, which was frustrating to say the least. While their tech support was eventually able to help me resolve these issues, it took quite a bit of back and forth to get everything sorted out.
