Great speed! Great support!

When buying hosting from Mocha I just left the default options selected. This was a mistake because most of my visitors are from Europe and my the website was a bit slow when opening it for the first time. Just a couple of hours after I contacted support they moved my site to a European server. Now it's much faster now!

I have another website that I will transfer to Mocha if everything continues to work well.

Move over HostGator, MochaHost is way better!

After constantly dealing with issues with HostGator for many years I decided it was time to move on, and I am so happy that I did. The support team was very engaging and willing to assist and guide me during my transition. My site loads so much faster now and I am no longer getting time out errors. This was bugging for such a long time and HostGator didn't care one bit to help me. Thank you Mocha!!!

I think it's a scam. Buyers beware!

I used MochaHost a few years back and I still have nightmares about it. The pricing was amazing, but that's where the positives end. Performance was horrible with constant outages and files mysteriously disappearing. Good luck talking to customer support... They were unresponsive and unhelpful. I thought I found a great deal, but it turned out to be a total scam. They lure you in with low prices, then leave you hanging. The only thing I liked was how easy it was to set up, but that didn't make up for the headaches.

Best Hosting Experience Ever!

Poor Technical Support and Unreliable Servers

We have been experiencing issues with receiving and sending emails for the last 4 days due to local server problems / issues. The technicians unable to resolve / fix the issue for last 4 days. Really disappointed. We are loosing business and incurring losses and no action taken so far. Hope someone responsible will contact us URGENTLY to resolve the issue.

I got what I was expecting

I had a lot of smaller websites scattered across different hosting companies. They are not large websites but there are many. Started using mochahost's second to lowest plan and I was able to move all those domains into my single account which is really convenient for me. Never had to contact the support but I have heard they are good as well.

All good, no complaints

Started hosting my website with Mochahost almost a year ago. Haven't experienced any major downtime or issues thus far. The site is a tiiiny bit slower than before. I am not sure if it is due to them overselling their servers or if my WordPress is becoming too big. Talked to the support guys and they said everything looks fine on their end.

Mostly good but support is not that great

If you're seeking assistance, don't count on them to comprehend your needs accurately. You may describe one issue, but they tend to interpret it differently. As a result, you will likely need to search for solutions online on your own. Luckily, we haven't experienced many technical issues that required assistance. Most of the time it's smooth sailing and your website will be fast and very responsive, but keep in mind that you will most likely be left to your own devices if anything goes awry.
