They think they are the FBI

I can't comment on the performance and stability of their servers as I wasn't able to buy it. They wanted so many documents and information about my websites just to allow me to give them my money. Ultimately I gave up and decided to give my money to a company that doesn't act like FBI or CIA. It's a complete nonsense. I wonder if they do that to all of their customers.
